Observations

• Reservations must be made by person over 25 years old.
  
• The average age of the group shall not be less than 25 years.
  
• Prices include VAT. Tourist tax not included.
• Payment 350€ at the time of booking, in advance to the signing of the contract.
• The minimum reservation for the weekend will be 2 nights depending on the rate (except for January ang February).

Deposit

• The deposit will be 300€ for groups up to 14 people and 500€ for higher groups up to 30 people including the 14.
• It will be returned on departure or in 48h in the case of groups over 14 people.

Payment

• Payment of the entire contract will be made at the delivery of keys, together with the deposit and tourist fees of all occupants.
• Delivery of keys for the weekends wil be from 17:00 to 19:00.
  
• Weekends key collection will take place before 7pm.
  

Cancellations

• Cancellations 100% more than 60 days in advance.
• Cancellations 50% less than 60 days in advance
• Cancellations in less than 30 days in advance will not refund the amount. Check conditions on Special Dates.

Offers

• The offer for birthday celebrations, coinciding with the reservation date, will be 5% discount only for the price of 2 nights rate, not combinable with other offers.
• Reservations with more than 90 days in advance will have one dto. of 7%. Not applicable to Special Summer Season and Special Dates.
• The offers are only applicable to groups of at least 14 people.

Additional features

• The use of billiards has an increase of 30 €.
• The Jacuzzi is out of service.
• The additional bed has a cost of 35 € per reservation (maximum 2 units).

Swimming

• It is only allowed to use the pool during the summer season. (From 1 June to 30 September).

Barbecue & fireplace lounge

• It supplied two loads (two boxes) of firewood (0,07 m³).

Day or nigth events of more than 14 people

• Up to 20 people, including 14 of the reservation, does not increase. (Do not overnight the guests).
  
• Up to 25 people, the price of the 2 nights rate for 14 people has an increase of 250 €.
• Up to 35 people, the price of the rate of 2 nights has an increase of 500 €.
• Groups of more than 35 people are not allowed.
• Prices are applicable for an event.
  
• The interior room of the house has a maximum capacity of 35 people. Events over 35 people will be held in the garden.
• Group bookings will be discretionary.
• Note: In the Masia equipment only cutlery, crockery and glassware are available for 14 people.

Others

• The rules and conditions of use of the farmhouse bull be respected. Failure to do so implies the reservation of  the deposit.
  
• The property reserves the right of admission. Consult conditions.
